We have two Heiber + Schroeder machines that can apply flexible windows from a reel.
One has thefacility to run
smaller cartons twin stream, so resulting in cost savings for larger volumes.
The othercan handle blanks up to 650 x 700
and may be used for creating lined cartons from reels of material up to 500 wide.
'Bagpacks' Cartons can also be
made that include a PE bag that opens automatically when
the carton is erected.
This can be achieved by the integral tube forming device fitted to ourmachine or the use of bags supplied to us on a reel.
Being of a very high specification our machines are very flexible we can also patch suceptor panels or single face corrugated pads for Pizza Boxes,Print registration on reeled printed windows can also be achieved.
