• Use new welded board trays and lids either separately or as a one piece pack

• The board trays will need a coating to be activated by the jets of hot air during manufacture and to form the bond when the lid is heat sealed

• If the pack is to be ovenable PET is needed, otherwise PE or a water based emulsion coating
